The panel had deliberated for more than three hours Wednesday before a male juror was dismissed and replaced by an alternate, also male. Two active-duty Marines pleaded guilty on Monday to Capitol riot-related criminal charges. Both pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, according to a spokesperson for the US Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia. Coomer pleaded guilty to the same misdemeanor charge in May and is scheduled to be sentenced by Reyes on Aug. 30.
